Classic Christmas Card

I must admit I prefer contemporary Christmas cards but do still like to see traditional cards too. This card was made for the Cupcake Craft Challenge which this week is "Christmas" & I used the sketch from the Papertake Weekly challenge.

The gorgeous papers are from Designs by Krista Christmas Memories kit. I stamped & embossing (& made lots of mess lol) a poinsettia with holly & ribbon & also a greeting on to velum. I finished of with a ribbon & brad.

Very pretty card, Tracey!! I was looking at the cards on your blog and they are all great. Thanks to you I discovered the Cute Card Thursday blog. I even submitted a card for this week's challenge. And of course I mentioned finding it through you on my blog entry.

Have a great weekend.

Cute card! I've tried making my own christmas cards before, but I'm not creative enough really. I get my cards from vistaprint.com. I can get a personalized card with a picture of my family to make it really nice. It's a great solution for people who don't have the time (or the creativness haha).
