There's nothing better than some exercise or meditation to make you feel better (though not always easy to find the time/motivation lol) & "Work IT Out" is the theme of this week's Sentimental Sundays challenge (+ a sentiment). We are sponsored by Paola's Papers & I used their Yoga Pose Juno digital stamp which I coloured with ProMarkers. The papers are various from my stash & I added some punched hearts, butterfly, paperclip with crocheted flower & a sentiment.
