I made this filofax (this is the 3rd one I've made for myself & I'm taking it to work so I might actually use this one lol) using my fav papers from Designer Digitals & a cute hippo image from Pink Petticoat. I finished it off with punched flowers, leaves, card candy & a pearl. I'm entering this for the Secret Crafter challenge which this week is "Animal Antics".
I'd better get myself ready for work now Wed is my day off but unfortunately it is half day training today :(

Pretty in Pink!
Die Cut Dreams are having a DT call & they are asking for Pink cards/projects. I hope this counts as there is a bit of green (I love pink & green together). Anyone for Anya's challenge is "Funky Flowers", the big flower is made from 2 punched flowers & a rose with an added charm. I used my sewing machine again to sew the lace on, the papers are Designer Digitals (again I'm really loving these at the moment). I also used another new EK Success border punch & finished the card off with a charm. The sketch is from Creative Inspirations.

I got a sewing machine for my birthday & have been playing with it :-) This card is made using Designer Digitals "Little Tea House" papers & I used my new EK Success punch (also for my birthday) for the border which I stitched to the card & I sewed a button to 2 punched flowers. The stamp is from Cuddly Buddly & was a present from my darling little granddaughter Abigial (I think she had a bit of help ordering it lol) & the card is finished off with a greeting, brad & a bit of Glamour Dust.

Cute Daisy May - Texture

House Mouse meets Sketch & Stash
Luckily I've been on holiday this week (I really needed a break from work) & even better it was my birthday on Wednesday & I got some fantastic crafting goodies :-) My dear friend Linda bought me (among other things) this fantastic House Mouse Stamp called "With All My Heart" & as it was her wedding anniversary I used it to create this card for her (& her hubby David of course).
The image was coloured in with chalk, I used the gorgeous Designer Digital papers again & finished the card off with ribbon, flower, button & greeting. This week's challenge at House Mouse is "A Year in Review" & I chose Challenge 40 - "Wedding/Anniversary" & I followed the Sketch & Stash Sketch.

Dutch Dare meets Kaboodle Doodles
I was asked to make a really special card for my Aunty for her Granddaughter. It took me a while to to get inspired but I am really pleased with the finished card. It is my sort of card - all girly & glittery lol & I loved making it. The papers I've used are from Designer Digitals called "It's a Girl Thing" & they are stunning. The images are from Pink Petticoat, the flower is made with my Nesties & the card is finished off with a computer generated greeting, gems, a pearl, liquid pearls, Glamour Dust & charms. The images have been coloured with chalk for a change which I think gives a nice soft look.
The challenge at Dutch Dare is an Inspirational picture & Kaboodle Doodles challenge is to use Charms on you project.

Creative Filofax
As I mentioned before hubby (Mark) brought home some promotional filofaxes from his work that were being thrown away for me to alter. For this one I used Hot Off The Press papers again & distressed the edges, i scrunched up some bronze pearl paper & rubbed over it with a Brilliance ink pad. The Creative definition is from HOTP too & this was torn & inked. The butterfly is by Anna Griffin (I got this stamp in a kit from QVC & it has been sooo useful) & has been colored with glitter gel pens & some Glamour Dust.
This fits 2 challenges:
Everybody-Art-Challenge - Blue/Brown
C.R.A.F.T Challenge - Anything Accept a Card...
(If I have time later I will take a photo of the inside).
